About

Payments should land in your pocket, not ours.

Zoyn exists because accepting digital dollars shouldn't require crypto expertise — and shouldn't require handing your money to yet another middleman. We build the software; the money goes straight to you.

Why we built it

The problem we couldn’t ignore.

Digital dollars like USDC settle in moments, work across borders, and can be verified by anyone. But for a normal business, using them has meant one of two bad options: become a crypto expert, or hand your money to an intermediary and hope it comes back out.

Zoyn is the third option. We build the software layer — payment links, a clean dashboard, team access, exports — while the money itself moves directly from your customer to a wallet you control. Your customers pay by card in the countries listed on our Markets page, or crypto, on a secure hosted checkout. If your customer pays by card or bank transfer, the company that takes that payment handles it first, under its own rules. Once the network confirms it, the money arrives in your wallet — and you never run anything crypto yourself.

How we work

Three principles we don’t bend.

Never hold the money

Most payment companies sit between you and your money. We decided not to. Payments settle directly from your customer to a wallet you control. You should not have to trust your payment layer with your balance.

Say only what is true

Our pricing page shows the real fee model, our Markets page lists where we actually operate, and our status page reads live system health — not a curated uptime badge. Where we have limits, we publish them.

Grow deliberately

We screen every merchant application, open new countries only after legal review, and keep a public list of the industries we support. We publish the boundaries so you can check whether Zoyn fits your business before you apply.

Plain speaking

What Zoyn is — and what it isn’t.

Zoyn is
  • A software platform that lets your business accept USDC through simple payment links.
  • A dashboard for tracking, reconciling, and exporting your payment history.
  • The wiring in between — we connect the checkout your customer pays on to the contract that sends your share to your own wallet, using specialists for each part.
Zoyn is not
  • A bank, money transmitter, or payment processor — we never hold your funds.
  • A wallet provider — your wallet, and your money, stay yours.
  • A place where customer card numbers live — cards are handled by the checkout network's regulated partners.

The formal versions of these statements live in our legal documents.

Questions about whether Zoyn fits your business, your country, or your industry get a direct answer from our team — not an auto-responder. Reach us through the contact page.

Build on a platform that never holds your money.

The application works the same way as everything above — no black box. It takes minutes, we screen it against our published requirements, and we agree your fee with you in writing before you go live.

Legal & regulatory disclosures

Zoyn is a software provider operating a non-custodial payment orchestration platform — not a payment gateway, money transmitter, payment processor, or financial institution. Zoyn does not custody settled merchant funds or set provider reserve terms, and does not act as a merchant of record or money services business. Checkout and on-ramp providers may process or hold card- or bank-funded payments under their own terms before on-chain settlement reaches the merchant's nominated contract after required confirmations.

Direct merchant account onboarding supported across 64 verified global jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. Global buyer checkout (USDC settlement) supported across 130+ countries via integrated on-ramp bridges; buyer-checkout coverage is determined by the third-party on-ramp providers, not by Zoyn, and may change without notice. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions: CU, IR, KP, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
