How it works

From payment link to money in your wallet.

Here is the whole path — what you do, what we do, and where the money goes. The short version: you stay in control at every step, and your funds never pass through Zoyn.

What we guarantee

Three things that are true of every payment, every time.

We never hold your money

Your customer's payment goes to a wallet you control. Once the network confirms it, the money is yours: we keep the record and tell you it arrived. If you keep that wallet yourself, in your own wallet app or on your own device, we cannot move it. If your customer pays by card or bank transfer, the company that takes that payment holds it first, on their own terms.

One fee, agreed before you go live

We screen your application and propose your per-transaction fee in writing. Nothing goes live until you have accepted it. The rate is fixed — no monthly charge, no setup fee, no surprise adjustments.

Card or crypto at checkout

Your customers land on a secure checkout page hosted by our checkout partner and pay by card in the countries listed on our Markets page, or crypto. A card payer never needs a crypto wallet. The card company may ask them to confirm some details or verify who they are — those checks belong to that company, not to Zoyn. Paying by card also carries the card or on-ramp company's own fee, added to what your customer pays at checkout and shown to them before they confirm; Zoyn does not set, receive, or control that fee. A customer paying from their own crypto wallet is asked none of it and does not pay it.

Step by step

Six steps from applying to getting paid.

    1

    You apply

Tell us about your business and confirm the platform agreements. It takes minutes.

    2

We review and agree your fee

We screen your application and propose your per-transaction fee — starting from 0.75%, agreed in writing. Nothing goes live until you have accepted it.

    3

    You connect your accounts

You connect the accounts your checkout runs on. They stay in your name. Zoyn holds the credential you paste, encrypted, so it can set your checkout up for you — and you can revoke it at any time.

    4

    Create a payment link

From your dashboard, give the link a name and an amount. Add a description or an expiry date. No code and no terminal required.

    5

    Your customer pays

Share the link anywhere — email, chat, an invoice. Your customer opens it and picks how to pay. They can pay by card in the countries listed on our Markets page — no crypto wallet needed — and the card company may ask them to confirm some details or verify who they are first. Paying from their own crypto wallet, they are asked none of it.

    6

The money lands in your wallet

The payment settles directly to the wallet you control, with the agreed fee deducted transparently at the moment of settlement. Your dashboard tracks it from settling to confirmed.

Ready to see it with your own business?

That's the actual flow, start to finish — nothing simplified for this page. Apply in minutes, and we screen your application and agree your fee with you in writing before you go live.

Legal & regulatory disclosures

Zoyn is a software provider operating a non-custodial payment orchestration platform — not a payment gateway, money transmitter, payment processor, or financial institution. Zoyn does not custody settled merchant funds or set provider reserve terms, and does not act as a merchant of record or money services business. Checkout and on-ramp providers may process or hold card- or bank-funded payments under their own terms before on-chain settlement reaches the merchant's nominated contract after required confirmations.

Direct merchant account onboarding supported across 64 verified global jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. Global buyer checkout (USDC settlement) supported across 130+ countries via integrated on-ramp bridges; buyer-checkout coverage is determined by the third-party on-ramp providers, not by Zoyn, and may change without notice. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions: CU, IR, KP, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
