Partners

Become an ISO partner.

In the payments trade, this is called an ISO — an independent sales partner. A share of the margin, paid in stablecoins on Base. Open to U.S.-registered entities at this stage. We never ask for a tax ID: your commission settles on-chain from the merchant's settlement contract, so Zoyn is not the payer and has no tax identifier to collect.

Commission terms

  • The ISO partner program is open to U.S.-registered entities at this stage. We cannot accept applications from entities registered outside the United States yet.

  • Approval links your application to a Zoyn account with the same email address. Make sure a Zoyn account exists for the contact email you give below — sign up with that address first if you don't have one yet. An application with no Zoyn account behind its email cannot be approved.

  • You earn a share of the margin above each assigned merchant's fee floor — the part of their Zoyn fee that sits above the floor agreed on their deal — paid to your wallet on-chain, in stablecoins on Base, at the same moment the merchant is paid. The exact percentage is set when your application is approved.

  • Your commission is written into each referred merchant's on-chain settlement contract as your own share, so the contract pays you at the same moment it pays them — directly to your wallet, in stablecoins on Base. No fiat, no invoicing.

  • Zoyn never holds or forwards your commission; funds flow from the settlement contract to your wallet.

  • Wallet changes require Zoyn approval and a security hold — typically 72 hours, set when the change is approved. New merchant settlement contracts then pay the new wallet; contracts already deployed keep paying the old one until we redeploy them, and we tell you which are still outstanding in your ISO portal.

Legal & regulatory disclosures

Zoyn is a software provider operating a non-custodial payment orchestration platform — not a payment gateway, money transmitter, payment processor, or financial institution. Zoyn does not custody settled merchant funds or set provider reserve terms, and does not act as a merchant of record or money services business. Checkout and on-ramp providers may process or hold card- or bank-funded payments under their own terms before on-chain settlement reaches the merchant's nominated contract after required confirmations.

Direct merchant account onboarding supported across 64 verified global jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. Global buyer checkout (USDC settlement) supported across 130+ countries via integrated on-ramp bridges; buyer-checkout coverage is determined by the third-party on-ramp providers, not by Zoyn, and may change without notice. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions: CU, IR, KP, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
