Seasonal revenue should not be held into the off-season.
Landscapers, growers and garden retailers (MCC 0780 and 5261) earn most of the year's money in a few months and pay crews weekly through all of them. Reserves and delayed funding turn that seasonality into a cash-flow problem. Settlement that is treated as final only after the required network confirmations does not.
The problem is the gap between paying and travelling.
A reserve built in season, released out of it
Money withheld from a summer of installs is exactly the money a landscaping business needs over winter. Holding a percentage of a seasonal category's peak is a normal acquirer response to concentrated volume.
A settled on-chain payment is not a card-network dispute rail, so the off-season builds up no dispute exposure to reserve against.
Deposits on a multi-week install
A landscaping job is quoted, deposited, then delivered over weeks of weather-dependent work — long fulfilment, which is the underwriting trigger for delayed funding.
The deposit settles to your wallet when the transaction confirms and stays there while the work runs.
One payment, settled to a wallet you control.
Create the link for the job
Set the amount and the reference — a deposit on an install, a maintenance visit, a stock order.
The client pays their way
Card or crypto on a hosted checkout. Card availability depends on the buyer's location, currency, and available checkout providers. Card-funded payments are handled upstream by integrated global on-ramp bridges, so you never touch card data.
The split contract routes the job
Proportions are fixed when the contract is deployed: your share and the platform fee. Every payment follows them exactly, verifiable on a public block explorer.
USDC lands in wallets you control
Settlement on Base is final after the required network confirmations, in season and out of it. Zoyn is not in the path and never holds the funds.

Jurisdictions we cannot serve
We cannot onboard merchants operating from comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. We do not hold ourselves out as licensed anywhere.
Wallet addresses you'll be paid to are checked against sanctions lists when you enter them, and re-checked every day after that.
What landscaping & agriculture merchants ask first.
Our volume is concentrated in a few months. Does that count against us?
Not here. Seasonal concentration matters to an acquirer because a spike raises its dispute exposure, and it manages that with reserves and holds. On-chain settlement creates no dispute exposure, so a busy quarter is just a busy quarter.
How do we pay a crew that changes every week?
Outside Zoyn — crew pay is a transfer you send from your own wallet, on your own schedule, to whoever is on that week's roster. Zoyn is a payment-link platform and is not in that flow; what it changes is that the season's takings are settled and yours the day they are paid, so Friday's pay comes out of money that has already landed.
Do you take a cut of the payment before we see it?
No. Zoyn is not a payment processor and never takes custody of funds. The client's payment reaches a split contract that pays your wallet directly; Zoyn configures the contract and never holds what settles.
