The gift lands whole, and it lands now.
Charities and civic organisations (MCC 8398 and 8641) sit at the end of a chain of intermediaries, each of which takes something and holds the rest for a while. USDC donations settle directly into wallets the organisation controls, final after the required network confirmations.
The problem is the gap between paying and travelling.
Donations that arrive smaller and later
A gift passes through an acquirer and a payout schedule before it reaches a programme budget. Every hop has a cost and a delay, and neither is visible to the donor who made the gift.
Settlement is direct: USDC moves from the donation into a wallet the organisation controls, with no payout schedule in between.
Donations disputed and reversed
Card donations can be pulled back weeks later — sometimes as fraud, sometimes as a change of heart — after the money has already been committed to a grant or a shipment.
There are no card-network chargebacks on the on-chain leg, and once a donation confirms, Zoyn does not reverse it out of a programme budget.
Getting funds to the field
Paying field staff or a local partner overseas means a wire, a correspondent bank, an FX spread, and days when the work waits on the money.
Paying field staff or a local partner abroad is a USDC transfer signed from the organisation's own wallet, settling to a wallet the recipient controls — no correspondent bank and no days of float.
One payment, settled to a wallet you control.
Create the giving link
A fixed amount for an appeal, a giving tier, or a specific item. Put it in an email, a campaign page, or a QR code at an event.
Donor gives card or crypto
Hosted checkout takes either. Card availability depends on the buyer's location, currency, and available checkout providers. Card-funded gifts clear upstream through integrated global on-ramp bridges, so your team never handles card data.
Split contract routes the donation
Shares are fixed in basis points when the contract is deployed: the organisation's share and the platform fee. Every donation follows them exactly, verifiable on-chain.
Funds land in the organisation's wallet
Smart-contract vault settlement on Base L2, final after the required network confirmations, into wallets your trustees control. Zoyn never holds them.

Jurisdictions we cannot serve
We cannot onboard merchants operating from comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. We do not hold ourselves out as licensed anywhere.
Wallet addresses you'll be paid to are checked against sanctions lists when you enter them, and re-checked every day after that.
What non-profit & charity merchants ask first.
Can we set up monthly giving?
Not today. Zoyn issues fixed-amount links rather than recurring charges, so a regular giving programme would mean a new link each period. Many organisations run one-off appeal links here and keep their existing regular-giving programme where it is.
Do you issue donation receipts for tax purposes?
No. Zoyn records the payment and gives you the reference and the on-chain transaction behind it, but receipting and any tax treatment stay with your finance team and your advisers. Zoyn makes no representation about the deductibility of a gift in any jurisdiction.
How are the wallets you pay out to screened?
Every beneficiary wallet address you configure is checked against real-time on-chain compliance oracles when you enter it, and re-screened daily after that. The screening is automated and runs before funds are routed — and because the organisation holds the keys throughout, control of the money never leaves your trustees.
