Your payout wallet
Address on file versus where your money actually settles.
Your payout wallet is where your share of every payment ends up. It is set during onboarding and shown under Money and payouts.
Two addresses, one destination
The page shows two things:
- Address on file — the payout wallet you registered with Zoyn.
- Where your money actually settles — your active payment contract. Buyers pay into this contract, and it allocates funds between your payout wallet and the Zoyn fee according to a split fixed when the contract was deployed.
Normally the address the contract pays the shop's share to matches your address on file. If they ever differ — for example after you request a wallet change — the page shows a banner explaining the mismatch and what happens next.
Non-custodial by construction
The allocation lives on the payment network, in the contract itself. Zoyn cannot redirect your funds, and neither can anyone else, without deploying a new contract — which is why wallet changes are deliberate rather than instant. See Changing your payout wallet.
Checking balances
The page links your addresses to the public block explorer so you can verify balances and history independently of Zoyn at any time.
