A freight forwarder or an exporter is billed against a waybill, and the business paying is very often one a carrier has not been paid by before, based in a different country from the airline or forwarder issuing the invoice — a combination card issuers commonly treat as risk.
Forwarders and shippers can pay from their own wallet, or by card or bank transfer where available through integrated global on-ramp bridges — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks. Settlement reaches your wallet after the required network confirmations, in the currency the invoice was set in.
Damaged freight or a customs delay turns into a dispute later
A shipment arrives damaged, is held at customs, or is logged at a different weight or dimension than invoiced — and the disagreement over the charge turns up as a dispute weeks after the freight has moved on and the payment looked settled.
The payer pushes the payment, and Zoyn does not reverse a settled transfer, so the on-chain leg produces no card-network chargebacks and no ratio to defend. Your own freight terms govern damage claims and delay penalties. Zoyn has no refund button: any credit or refund you owe is a payment you send from your own wallet. Card- or bank-funded checkout can still be subject to the provider's own dispute rules.
