Stand fees from exhibitors in many countries, one link each.
Trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and summits sell stands and sponsorships months before the doors open, often to companies abroad. Send each exhibitor and sponsor their own link for their invoice, and stablecoins settle to a wallet you control. Every link is one payment for one order — never one link for a whole audience.
Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.
Check yours in ten secondsMoney months before the show, from companies all over the world.
Stand fees are paid months before the show
You book the hall and sell the floor plan long before anyone walks in.
Send each exhibitor one link for their stand, with the invoice number as the description. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount.
Exhibitors and sponsors are in many countries
A company abroad paying your invoice by bank wire can lose part of it to fees, and then you chase the difference.
They pay from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
Delegate passes are sold one order at a time
Every delegate or company group booking is its own order, often from a different company.
Each order gets its own link, made by you or by your own booking website. A link is paid once, so it is never posted to a mailing list for everyone to use.
Stand fees, sponsorships and delegate orders settle to a wallet only you control.
Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.
One invoice, one link.
Send the contract and the invoice
The stand, the sponsorship package or the delegate order, with the invoice number your client will see.
Send one link for that invoice
The client pays from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
The payment reaches your wallet
After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in.
What an organiser asks first.
Can I post one link and sell all the delegate passes with it?
No. Every link takes exactly one payment, so each order needs its own link. You can make them by hand, or have your own booking website make one for each order.
An exhibitor wants to pay a deposit now and the rest later.
Send them as two links, each for a fixed amount. There are no instalments and nothing is charged automatically.
The show moved to new dates. What happens to the money already paid?
Your exhibitor contract decides what is owed. A payment taken this way is a full payment, so returning any of it is a payment you send back yourself. Zoyn has no refund button.
Do you print tickets or scan badges at the door?
No. You take the payment for an order. Tickets, badges and seating stay in the tools you already use.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
Will you take my events business?
We publish every business type we take and every one we refuse, and every application is reviewed before it goes live. We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.
Running a festival? Read the page for festival organisers. Hiring out your venue? Read the page for event venues. Not sure we'd take your business? See exactly how we decide.
