A commuter fare is paid in full at booking, weeks or sometimes just hours ahead of the flight, and a smaller carrier without its own booking engine takes that payment directly rather than through a larger platform — which puts the risk of a first-time payer squarely on the airline.
Passengers can pay from their own wallet, or by card in countries where a card option is offered — whether a card works depends on where they are and on the card company's own checks. The money reaches your wallet once the payment has fully cleared, in the currency the link was set in.
A delay or a cancelled route becomes a dispute after the passenger rebooks another way
A flight is delayed, a route is cancelled for low load, or a schedule changes after booking — and a passenger who arranged their own alternative disputes the original fare weeks later, long after the flight date has passed and the money looked settled.
The passenger sends the payment themselves, and Zoyn does not reverse it once it has cleared, so a payment made from a wallet cannot be pulled back through a card dispute. Your fare rules, and the passenger-rights law that applies to your routes, govern delays and cancellations. Zoyn has no refund button: any refund you owe is a payment you send from your own wallet. Someone who paid by card or bank can still raise a dispute under that company's own rules.
