A client says the results weren't good enough and wants money back. What happens?
Your own contract, together with the law that applies to you, decides what is owed. Zoyn has no refund button: any refund is a payment you send from your own wallet. A wallet payment is not pulled back by Zoyn after the required network confirmations; card-funded payments can still be disputed under the provider's own rules.
Is the money held anywhere before it reaches me?
A wallet payment goes to a wallet only you control after the required network confirmations. Two honest limits: a payment can be turned away before it reaches you if the checks on it do not pass, and while your Zoyn account is under review, Zoyn pauses automatic payouts to your wallet until the review is finished.
