Collect the retainer. Keep the settlement.
Agencies (MCC 7311) carry a long gap between the payment and the proof of value, and card acquirers price that gap as dispute risk. Once settlement is treated as final on-chain, after the required network confirmations, the risk — and the reserve behind it — is not there to price.
The problem is the gap between paying and travelling.
Performance disputed after the campaign runs
Results are arguable in a way a shipped box is not. Acquirers commonly treat service categories with subjective deliverables as elevated dispute risk, and on card rails the funds are pulled back first and argued about afterwards.
There is no pull mechanism, and Zoyn does not reverse a confirmed on-chain transfer, so a disagreement about results stays a commercial conversation.
A contractor roster spread across time zones
Designers, writers and media buyers are rarely in one country. Each payout is a separate wire with its own fee, spread, and float you cannot bill for.
Paying a designer, writer or media buyer abroad is a USDC transfer you sign from your own wallet — no banking intermediary in the path and no float to wait on.
Reserves on a category with deferred delivery
A retainer taken up front for a quarter of work sits inside the acquirer's dispute window for the whole engagement, and rolling reserves are a standard underwriting response to that shape of cash flow.
On-chain settlement becomes final once the transaction confirms, and the confirmed leg is not a card-network dispute rail sitting over the engagement.
One payment, settled to a wallet you control.
Create the retainer link
Fixed amount, your reference. Attach it to your own invoice, your proposal, or your client portal.
Client pays card or crypto
Hosted checkout handles both. Card availability depends on the buyer's location, currency, and available checkout providers. Card-funded payments clear upstream through integrated global on-ramp bridges, so card data never touches your systems.
Split contract routes the funds
Shares are fixed in basis points when the contract is deployed: your agency's share and the platform fee. Every payment follows them exactly, verifiable on-chain.
USDC lands in your wallet
Final after the required network confirmations, into wallets your agency controls. Zoyn is not in the flow of funds and never holds them.

Category
Advertising and marketing services under MCC 7311 are supported categories in this group. Your declared category is checked at signup.
Jurisdictions we cannot serve
We cannot onboard merchants operating from comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. We do not hold ourselves out as licensed anywhere.
Wallet addresses you'll be paid to are checked against sanctions lists when you enter them, and re-checked every day after that.
What marketing & advertising merchants ask first.
Can we run monthly retainers on autopilot?
Not yet. Zoyn issues fixed-amount payment links rather than recurring charges, so each month is its own link. Plenty of agencies already bill that way from their own invoice, and the trade is that there is no card on file to be disputed six weeks after the work shipped.
Can the client's payment pay our freelancers directly?
No — the client's payment settles to wallets your agency controls, and it is not divided among your freelancers on the way in. Paying your roster sits outside Zoyn: it is a transfer you send from your own wallet, on your own schedule, out of money that has already settled, on timing you control.
Does Zoyn touch the funds?
No. Zoyn is not a payment processor or a money transmitter, and never takes custody. It orchestrates the configuration; the funds move directly between the parties on-chain.
