The patient pays from their own wallet, for the exact amount on the link; wallet, network and compliance limits still apply. A card option may also appear at checkout, and a large card purchase can be declined or asked for ID.

Can a patient spread the cost?
Zoyn offers no financing and no instalments. If your treatment plan is paid in stages, send each stage as its own link, a fixed amount, when it falls due. Nothing is charged automatically.
What goes in the link description?
Your quote or invoice number only. Never the treatment or the patient's name. The link only needs to tell the patient which quote they are paying.
Can a family member pay for the patient?
Yes. Whoever pays the link pays it once, for the amount on it. Send the link to the person who is actually paying.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
