A shared container or a road load goes when it is full and the booking closes. A shipper who has not paid by then either misses the sailing or leaves you carrying the cost of their space.
Send the booking as one fixed link as soon as the space is confirmed, with the booking reference and the cubic metres in its description. The shipper pays from their own wallet, and settlement reaches your wallet after the required network confirmations.
A payment from abroad sits in a bank's checks while the goods wait
The shipper is in another country and pays by international transfer. The money leaves their account and then spends days in a bank's checks, and nobody can tell you when it will land, while the cargo waits at the warehouse.
A shipper who holds stablecoins pays the link from wherever they are, in the currency the link was set in, and settlement reaches your wallet after the required network confirmations. A card option may also appear at checkout: buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks, and a card payment can be declined or asked for ID.
Delays, damage or a changed volume turn the invoice into an argument
The sailing slips, a carton arrives crushed, or the goods measured more at the warehouse than the shipper declared. The argument arrives after the goods have moved.
Your own trading terms decide delays, damage and remeasured volume, together with the law that applies to you. If the volume went up, the difference is one more link for the exact amount. A wallet payment is not pulled back by Zoyn after the required network confirmations; card-funded payments can still be disputed under the provider's own rules.

Can each shipper in a groupage container pay their own share?
Yes. Create one link per shipper for their own booking. Every link takes a single fixed payment, so a link is never passed round a group.
The goods measured more at the warehouse than the shipper declared. Can I change the link?
Each link is fixed once it is created. Send one more link for the difference, with the remeasured volume in its description.
I invoice a regular shipper every month. Can Zoyn charge them automatically?
No. Each invoice is its own link, and there is no automatic monthly charge. You send the invoice as one link and the shipper pays it.
Is the money really mine once it arrives?
It lands in a wallet only you control. Two honest limits: while your Zoyn account is under review, Zoyn pauses automatic payouts to your wallet until the review is finished; and a card payment can be declined or asked for ID before it is sent.
