The fee is paid before the course starts
A place on a course is often reserved weeks ahead, and the full fee is due before the first day.
Send a link for the deposit when the place is offered, and a second link for the balance before the start date. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount.
Some students come from abroad
Cookery and hospitality courses in particular draw students from other countries, who pay before they travel.
The student pays from their own wallet, wherever they live, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
A student leaves before finishing
Some students stop halfway through the course, and then ask for part of the fee back.
Your enrolment terms decide what is owed back, and returning it is a payment you send yourself. A wallet payment is not reversed by Zoyn after the required network confirmations; a card-funded payment can still be disputed under the provider's own rules. Zoyn has no refund button.
Course fees settle to a wallet only you control.
Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

What a school asks first.
Can students pay the course in monthly instalments?
No. Every link is a single payment for a fixed amount, and nothing is charged automatically. There is no payment plan and no instalments.
An employer is paying for the course. Does that work?
Yes. Send the link to the employer, with their purchase order number and the enrolment number as the description.
What should I put in the link description?
An enrolment or invoice number. Never the student's name.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
