Features

Every feature starts from the same rule: it's your money.

Smart-contract settlement, stablecoins your accountant can reconcile, and compliance controls around where your money goes — all built on one design: funds settle directly to a wallet you control, and never pass through Zoyn.

Smart-contract splits

Settlement is a contract, not a promise.

When you go live, a small on-chain program — a settlement contract — is deployed for your business. It has one job: divide every payment it receives, at the moment of settlement, between the wallet you control and the fee you agreed in writing. Nobody at Zoyn can change what it does with your money.

Your share is defined on-chain

The contract carries your payout wallet and your agreed fee as fixed shares. Every distribution follows them exactly — the same split, every payment, verifiable by anyone on a public block explorer.

Funds never sit with Zoyn

There is no Zoyn balance and no payout day. Distribution moves the contract's balance straight to the wallet you control — so “waiting for a payout” stops being a thing that happens to your money.

Network costs of a fraction of a cent

On Base, distributing a contract's accumulated balance costs a fraction of a cent in network fees — and one distribution covers every payment collected since the last one. On-chain settlement is not the expensive part.

Stablecoin settlement

Digital dollars, in amounts your books understand.

Payments settle as USDC on Base by default — stable, dollar-denominated, and visible on a public ledger. None of that is anything your customers need to understand to pay you; what a card payer is actually asked is below.

Digital dollars, in your wallet

USDC is a digital dollar, designed to hold its value at 1 US dollar. Your payment links settle in USDC by default — hold what arrives, or convert through an exchange of your choice.

One rail for local and cross-border

A customer down the street and a customer on another continent settle the same way: as a stablecoin transfer on Base. No correspondent banks, no international wire fees, no waiting days for funds to clear.

What your customer may be asked

Buyers pay by card in the countries listed on our Markets page, or crypto, on a secure checkout hosted by our checkout partner. A card payer never needs a crypto wallet. The card company may ask them to confirm some details or verify who they are — those checks belong to that company, not to Zoyn. A buyer paying from their own crypto wallet is asked none of it.

Final when it lands

We treat a payment as final once the network has confirmed it. Until it reaches you, a payment funded by card or bank transfer sits with the company that took it, and that company can apply its own reserves, holds, disputes, fees, limits and processing times. Your dashboard shows what your customer paid and what arrived in your wallet, side by side.

Compliance controls

Guardrails around who joins — and where the money goes.

Non-custodial doesn’t mean unguarded. Zoyn screens who comes onto the platform, and treats every change to where your money settles as the security event it is.

Screening before anyone goes live

Every merchant attests at signup that its owners are not on U.S. sanctions lists, businesses in comprehensively sanctioned countries are blocked at onboarding, and the payout and settlement addresses we hold are re-checked against sanctions designations every day — because an address that was clean last week can be designated this week. A check we cannot complete is never recorded as a pass.

Only the owner moves the destination

Changing the wallet your payments settle to is reserved for the account owner — not managers, not staff. In exceptional support cases a Zoyn operator can correct it, and you are always notified by an email that cannot be turned off. Roles that run day-to-day operations can see the configuration; they cannot rewrite it.

New payout addresses are checked first

A new payout address must pass validation and sanctions screening before it takes effect, and no change goes through while an account is under compliance review. An address that fails the check is refused — your money keeps settling where it did.

Every change is on the record

Each payout-wallet change is written to an append-only audit log that keeps the full history of where your money has settled. A quiet edit to the most important setting on the platform is not a thing that can happen quietly.

The posture

Four things that stay true, whatever we ship next.

These are not policies we promise to follow — they are limits built into how the system works. Every feature above operates inside them.

We never hold your money

Payments settle directly from your customer to your wallet. There is no Zoyn balance to freeze, seize, or lose — because that balance never exists.

Where you keep your wallet matters

Zoyn never holds your money. If you keep your wallet yourself, in your own wallet app or on your own device, we hold no key to it and cannot spend from it. If you keep it inside the payment account whose credential you gave us, that credential can reach it, which is why you can revoke it at any time.

We never see card numbers

Card payments are handled end to end by our checkout partner's regulated providers, on their pages — never on ours or yours.

We are software, not a bank

Zoyn is not a bank, not a payment processor, not a money transmitter, and never a custodian of your funds. It is software that organizes payments which settle wallet to wallet.

Legal & regulatory disclosures

Zoyn is a software provider operating a non-custodial payment orchestration platform — not a payment gateway, money transmitter, payment processor, or financial institution. Zoyn does not custody settled merchant funds or set provider reserve terms, and does not act as a merchant of record or money services business. Checkout and on-ramp providers may process or hold card- or bank-funded payments under their own terms before on-chain settlement reaches the merchant's nominated contract after required confirmations.

Direct merchant account onboarding supported across 64 verified global jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. Global buyer checkout (USDC settlement) supported across 130+ countries via integrated on-ramp bridges; buyer-checkout coverage is determined by the third-party on-ramp providers, not by Zoyn, and may change without notice. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions: CU, IR, KP, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
