One payment in. Your share lands in your own wallet.

Zoyn is built for platforms that pay operators and partners, and for merchants selling across borders. One payment link takes the money; once the network confirms it, your share arrives in a wallet you control, in USDC by default. If your customer pays by card or bank transfer, the company that takes that payment sets what they can pay with and any holds, reserves, disputes, fees, limits or delays on that side — not us.

The model

How a payment settles.

One link takes the payment

Your customer opens a fixed-amount payment link and pays on a secure hosted checkout — by card in the countries listed on our Markets page, or from their own crypto wallet. Card-funded payments are handled upstream by the checkout network's regulated partners, so you never touch card data.

A contract routes it at settlement

An on-chain settlement contract carries proportions fixed when it is deployed: your share and the platform fee. Every payment follows them exactly, with no lump sum sitting anywhere in between.

Your share lands in your own wallet

The money goes directly to a wallet you control — no intermediary balance, no holding account. Zoyn is not in the path of funds and never holds them.

Settlement you can verify

Every payment settles on Base, so each settlement — and each split — is publicly verifiable on-chain. The dashboard tracks every payment, with CSV export for your books.

Where it fits

Pick the shape of your business.

Looking for something narrower?

These pages describe two business shapes end to end. If you want the story for your role, your industry, or your country instead, those live on their own pages.

Zoyn is a non-custodial software platform — not a payment processor, payment gateway, money transmitter, or merchant of record. Funds settle on-chain directly to wallets the recipients nominate after required confirmations; Zoyn does not custody those settled funds. Checkout and on-ramp providers operate under their own terms before settlement.

Legal & regulatory disclosures

Zoyn is a software provider operating a non-custodial payment orchestration platform — not a payment gateway, money transmitter, payment processor, or financial institution. Zoyn does not custody settled merchant funds or set provider reserve terms, and does not act as a merchant of record or money services business. Checkout and on-ramp providers may process or hold card- or bank-funded payments under their own terms before on-chain settlement reaches the merchant's nominated contract after required confirmations.

Direct merchant account onboarding supported across 64 verified global jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. Global buyer checkout (USDC settlement) supported across 130+ countries via integrated on-ramp bridges; buyer-checkout coverage is determined by the third-party on-ramp providers, not by Zoyn, and may change without notice. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions: CU, IR, KP, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
