Payments for destination management companies

Your client is a travel company in another country. Invoice it with one link.

Destination management companies and inbound operators are paid by tour operators, travel agents and incentive planners abroad, not by the traveller. Send each group invoice as its own link, and stablecoins settle to a wallet you control. Every link is one payment of a fixed amount.

Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.

Why this is harder than it looks

A business client abroad, a group invoice, and dates that keep moving.

The payer is a company abroad

A tour operator in another country pays your invoice by bank wire, and fees on the way can leave you short.

Send one link for the invoice, with the invoice number as the description. They pay from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.

A group booking changes shape

Rooming lists change and release dates pass, and the final number differs from the first quote.

Send a deposit link on the first quote and a link for the balance once the final list is agreed. Each link is fixed once it is created.

Every invoice needs to match your contract

Your client's accounts team wants each payment tied to one invoice and one group.

Each link carries your invoice number, so every payment points back to the group and the invoice it pays.

Group invoices settle to a wallet only you control.

Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

How it works

One group invoice, one link.

1

Send the contract and the pro-forma invoice

The group, the dates and what is included, with the invoice number your client will see.

2

Send one link for that invoice

Your client pays from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.

3

The payment reaches your wallet

After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in.

Common questions

What a destination management company asks first.

The group got smaller after I sent the invoice.

A link is fixed once it is created. Send the balance as a new link for the real figure. If your terms say part of a payment comes back, that is a payment you send back yourself. Zoyn has no refund button.

Can I take a deposit now and the balance before arrival?

Yes — as two links, each a fixed amount. There are no instalments and nothing is charged automatically.

We also run incentive trips and group events.

The same way: one link for each invoice, sent to the company that owes it.

What does it cost me?

A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.

Will you take my destination management company?

We publish every business type we take and every one we refuse, and every application is reviewed before it goes live. We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.

Waiting on a deposit from abroad? Read about deposits from overseas clients. Selling tours to travellers directly? Read the page for tour operators. Not sure we'd take your business? See exactly how we decide.

Send your next group invoice as one link.

Apply today, and settle each payment to a wallet only you control after the required network confirmations. Every application is reviewed.

Zoyn is software. It is not a bank, a payment processor, a payment gateway, a money transmitter or a money services business. Zoyn is never the seller in a sale (the "merchant of record"). Zoyn never holds a shop's money, and does not decide how long a payment company may hold it. When a customer pays by card or bank, the payment company handles that payment under its own terms and may hold it for a short time. The money then goes to the shop's own payment contract once the payment network has confirmed it.

Businesses can be based in 64 jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. Customers can pay from 130+ countries through the checkout providers we connect to; which countries customers can pay from is set by those providers, not by Zoyn, and may change without notice. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
