Treatments are booked days or weeks ahead. When the client doesn't come, the room and the practitioner's time are lost.
Send a link for the booking deposit when you confirm the appointment, and a second link for the rest of the treatment. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount, and nothing is charged automatically.
A course of treatments is paid for ahead
Laser hair removal, skin peels and many facials work as a course of sessions, and clients often pay for the whole course before the first one.
Price the course up front and send one link for it, with your invoice number as the description. The client pays from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
“It isn't the result I wanted”
Aesthetic results are personal, and they show weeks later. When a client paid by card, disappointment can come back as a card dispute.
When your client pays from their own wallet, they push the payment, and Zoyn does not reverse a settled transfer. A card-funded payment can still be subject to the provider's own dispute rules. Your treatment terms decide what is owed; Zoyn has no refund button.

Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a client paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

Can clients pay for a course in monthly parts?
No. Every link is a single payment for a fixed amount, and nothing is charged automatically. There is no payment plan and no instalments.
A client cancelled. How do I return their deposit?
A deposit taken this way is a full payment, not a card hold, so returning any of it is a payment you send back yourself, under your own cancellation policy. Zoyn has no refund button.
What should I put in the link description?
Your booking or invoice number. Never the treatment or the client's name.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
