Your client pays from their own wallet, wherever they are, and stablecoins settle to a wallet you control. Each link is one fixed payment, and nothing is charged automatically.

A disagreement after the programme
In coaching, a complaint tends to arrive after the sessions, about what the client expected.
Your written agreement decides what, if anything, is owed back. Returning any of it is a payment you send back yourself. Zoyn has no refund button.
Programme fees settle to a wallet only you control.
Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

Can a client pay in instalments?
Zoyn offers no financing and no instalment plans. If you agree a deposit and a balance, send them as two links, each a fixed amount, on the dates you choose. There is no automatic monthly charge.
Their company is paying for executive coaching.
Send the link to whoever pays, with your invoice number as the description. A company's accounts team can pay it from wherever they are, once, for the amount on it.
What goes in the link description?
Your invoice or agreement number. Never your client's name or anything about what they are working on.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
