Take the seminar fee before the day.
Seminar, workshop, masterclass and training-day organisers take fees weeks ahead, often per person, for a small group and a room booked for one date. Send one link for each booking, and stablecoins settle to a wallet you control. Attendees pay from their own wallet, including attendees travelling in from abroad.
Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.
Check yours in ten secondsOne thing we don't take: programmes sold on a promise of what the buyer will earn, such as make-money-online courses and business-opportunity schemes. We don't take these.
A fixed date, a booked room, and fees taken weeks ahead.
The date is the product
The room is booked for one date, so places need paying for before the day.
Send each booking its own link for the exact fee. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount.
One person, or a whole team
Some attendees book alone, and some companies send a team on one invoice.
Send one link for each booking: one person, or one company's team on a single invoice. Never one shared link for a whole mailing list.
The date moves
A date is rescheduled, and attendees who booked months ago ask for their money back.
Your own terms decide what is owed when a date moves. A payment taken this way is a full payment, so returning any of it is a payment you send back yourself.
Seminar fees settle to a wallet only you control.
Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.
One booking, one link.
Take the booking
The attendee's name on your own list, the date and the fee.
Send one link for the booking
The attendee pays from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
The payment reaches your wallet
After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in.
What a seminar organiser asks first.
Can I send one link to my whole mailing list?
No. Every link takes one payment of a fixed amount, so each booking gets its own link.
Can an attendee pay a deposit now and the rest later?
Yes, as two links, each a fixed amount. There is no payment plan, and nothing is charged automatically.
Is this page for conferences too?
This page is for events where people pay to learn. For a conference or a summit, read the page for exhibition and conference organisers.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
Will you take my seminar business?
We publish every business type we take and every one we refuse, and every application is reviewed before it goes live. We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.
Running a conference or an exhibition? Read the page for exhibition and conference organisers. Teaching online instead? Read the page for online course creators. Not sure we'd take your business? See exactly how we decide.
Send your next seminar booking as a link.
Apply today, and settle each payment to a wallet only you control after the required network confirmations. Every application is reviewed.
